CAE USA Inc., Arlington, Texas, has been awarded a $35,167,362 definitization modification (PZ0005) to previously awarded contract FA8621-23-C-0023 to provide F-16 Block 70 training simulators program for the Taiwan Air Force. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $58,290,077. Work will be performed at Arlington, Texas, and is expected to be completed by April 30, 2026. This contract involves Foreign Military Sales to the Taiwan Air Force. Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $35,167,362 are being obligated at the time of award. BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Minneapolis, Minnesota, is awarded a $9,014,320 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract (N6339421C0008) to exercise options for design agent engineering and technical specialized support services, to include procurement of material management for repair, modification, overhaul, replacement, and fleet support for guided missile launching. Work will be performed in Taiwan (85%); Minneapolis, Minnesota (10%); and Chile (5%) and is expected to be completed by July 2025. Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $289,000 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This modification combines purchases for the U.S. government (10%); and the governments of Taiwan (85%); and Chile (5%), under the foreign Military Sales program. Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded a not-to-exceed $520,400,000 fixed-price incentive (firm-target) modification (P00008) to previously awarded contract FA8615-23-C-6050 for Foreign Military Sales Block 70/72 F-16 Viper Shield electronic warfare suite production. The contract modification expands the current long lead materials contract to allow the contractor to begin production tasks. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $897,400,000. Work will be performed at Fort Worth, Texas, and is expected to be completed by June 30, 2028. This modification involves foreign military sales to the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Republic of Bulgaria, the Kingdom of Morocco, the Slovak Republic, and the Taiwan Air Force. Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $177,700,000 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.
